Refund policy
We want you to love your Crazy Tees purchase, every Crazy Tee is printed to order. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to correct it!
Crazy Tees has a 15 day return and refund policy from the date your order was received.
please contact us at support@crazytees.ca within 15 days of delivery to open an inquiry for a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition without any signs of wear or stains
- Original packaging and tags, if applicable, must be attached.
- proof of purchase is required
- Items that do not meet these requirements are at the discretion of Crazy Tees.
Returns must be approved before being sent, any return without authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost.
Refunds:
Once an item has been returned and inspected and a refund is requested.
If approved:
- refund will be issued to the original payment method
- will be within 10 business days upon approval
- you will be notified of your refund
Processing of refunds depends on the financial institution, if longer than 15 days please contact us.
